-: The room I was assigned had noticeable drops of blood on the quilt, which was incredibly unsettling. Furthermore, the bathroom emitted a strange smell that lingered throughout my stay. In the kitchen, basic utensils such as glasses and spoons were missing, making it inconvenient to prepare meals. Additionally, the couch in my room was in dire need of a thorough cleaning, which was disappointing. The most alarming issue was with the bathroom door. It had trouble opening and closing properly, and to my horror, it broke down while I was taking a shower. This resulted in a minor injury. What was even more concerning was the lack of urgency, no one was there, and they hadn't got a first aid kit. When I reported the incident to the cleaning staff, their apathy towards my injury was deeply disappointing and concerning. Overall, my stay was far from satisfactory. The lack of attention to cleanliness and maintenance, coupled with safety concerns, made for an unpleasant experience. I urge potential guests to consider these issues before booking their stay. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this hotel and suggest exploring other options for accommodation.
