+: Simpatia e disponibilidade do staff. Terem duas piscinas, pequeno almoço ótimo, e o mini mercado que pertence ao hotel. A qualquer momento podemos ir comprar tudo o que precisarmos. O desconto nos restaurantes também foi maravilhoso

+: Reception staff is amazing: Cristina was always helpfulSome Housekeeping staff: the black lady cleaning the room for three days as well as the night housekeeping attendant.Location is just amazing: in the centre, close to everything, close to the bus stations.Wide choice of food outlets.The outdoor swimming pools.
-: Not all housekeeping staff are up to standards. I extended the stay and as a result they "forgot" to clean the room that day.Breakfast is very average: except some small pieces of local cheese there were no local products in the Breakfast buffet. It felt as a average breakfast in an middle size German city three stars hotel. This is even more surprising considering the variety and richness of the cuisine in Cyprus.New rooms have a sensor for movement so it disconnects all the power appliances in the room. Is impossible to leave a smartphone to charge or to let the air conditioning on (and enjoy the freshness of the room later). I stayed in November and the weather wasn't so hot. But I imagine in summer might be atrocious. I understand the environmental (or rather economical) concerns but the guest experience is not that great.Spa and the restaurants seem to have a different management than the rooma division. While this becomes more and more frequent recently in the hospitality industry, this should work as a whole, not as separate (and sometimes not coordinated) sections. As guesta, we book the hotel as a whole product, not as rooms, separate owned spa, separate F&B outlets, etc.
