-: I recently stayed here and it was a disaster from start to finish. Despite their policy of payment upon arrival, they called us to pay in advance. They charged our card, but when we arrived, they claimed the payment didn’t go through (which they could not prove) and demanded we pay again, leaving our funds on hold and us out of pocket.The room was also a major letdown. It lacked the advertised amenities like a microwave and kettle, and the bathroom had visible rust, making it unhygienic.The staff were unhelpful and indifferent. Overall, this hotel failed to meet basic expectations. I strongly advise looking elsewhere.
