+: Parking without any problem right next to the hotel, spacious room with a view of the pool. The hotel is a bit out of the way and it was quiet, but it was off-season. In the room there was a fridge, coffee, tea and wide offer for the breakfast. There weren't too many people, so breakfast right by the pool

+: Der junge Mann beim Check-in war professionell freundlich und sehr bemüht. Seine Chefs am Telefon machen ihm und den Gästen das Leben schwer. Sonst war eigentlich nichts wirklich gut.
-: Studio nicht, wie schriftlich zugesagt, bekommen. Das zu bekommen, was wir bezahlt haben, hat 50 Minuten meines Urlaubs gekostet. Wir reisen international beruflich und privat sehr viel und es kann selbstverständlich immer etwas schief gehen in der Kommunikation. Dass aber Management sich so lange und schikanös querlegt, dem Gast die zugesagte Unterkunft zur Verfügung zu stellen, habe ich noch nicht erlebt...wobei wir sogar einen Vorschlag zur Güte gemacht hatten, wurde abgelehnt. Auch unsere Staatsbürgerschaft wurde erfragt...da kommt leicht die Vermutung auf, dass diskriminiert wird. Man hat uns dann das VIP Studio beziehen lassen...nach 50 Minuten Verhandlungen, Telefonaten mit unterschiedlichen Chefs. Fazit: Küche im VIP Studio sehr schlecht ausgestattet, Fenster ungeputzt, alles ein bisschen schmuddelig und nicht ordentlich instand gehalten.
