One of our best sellers in Protaras! Located just 100 m of Fig Tree Bay Beach, Protaras Plaza Hotel in Protaras has a number of amenities including an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness center and a garden. +: The breakfast was good. We didn't use the indoor or outdoor pool or gym as we were busy doing activities. But had we stayed longer, we would have used it. Great location, on the strip and close to the beach. Excellent to have on-site parking included.There was a fridge in the room, and a balcony overlooking the sea for the beautiful sunset
-: The shower cubicle is not raised, so it leaks all over the floor. There were quite a few long dark hairs in the bathroom and on the bed. The bathroom and bed were still very clean, so I imagine it was just hair from housekeeping. But it still should have been noticed and removed

-: Many little things did not make the stay as pleasant as possible. The carpets in the hallways are full of stains and not clean. The lights in the hallway did not work and we had to walk at night down a pitch dark corridor to our room. It’s a security risk esp.for female travelers.The floor in the shower stall was extremely slippery. When we asked if we could get a rubber mat the abrupt answer was „ what you have in the room is all that you get“. We asked for 2 room keys which was refused as too much aircondition will be used.„If you are not together you have to come to reception and someone from housekeeping will open your room.“

+: From beginning till the end of our stay staff was incredible pleasant. The room was not very spacious, but it was enough space for our small family. We enjoyed a beautiful see view through the balcony. Breakfast and dinner were simple, but delicious. Overall the hotel and the room are not new, but tidy and clean.
