Located in a picturesque forest area near the Russian Orthodox Church, 20 minutes walk from the sources. 6 buildings (resort houses): Manes I, Manes II, Eden I and Eden II, Mimosa and Bratri Capku. In the latter is placed the school at the Children's Hospital. All homes have telephones, elevators. Own balneal department in the building of Eden I. Medical service is open around the clock. School, kindergarten, day-care group, game rooms, gyms and sports grounds in nature (open). Near the sanatorium is a picturesque pond.
