+: Отель находится в прекрасном месте. -: Такси нас не встретило , таксист отказался дождаться нас , был очень груб . Мы отдали чек оплаты такси 70€ в гостинице. Но деньги нам не вернули. Букинг обещал разобраться с данной ситуации, но так ни чего и не решил.

+: отличный завтрак, хорошее местоположение. -: заказанная двуспальная кровать оказалась двумя сдвинутыми односпальными… дизайн номера оставляет желать лучшего, особенно двери и стороны в которые они открываются…освещение в санузле ужасное. Задекларированное СПА состоит из сауны с душем, предусмотренный небольшой джакузи не работает и судя по всему давненько.

-: Выйдя из номера я поняла что забыла надеть кольцо. Когда вернулась в номер там были 2 уборщика. Я начала искать кольцо- его нигде не было. Спрашивала у уборщиков один сказал что не видел, а второй начал меня выгонять из номера. Кольцо в итоге нашла на полу под кроватью. И после этого уборщик который пытался меня выгнать из номера назвал меня “курва» и пытался мне рассказывать как нужно носить кольца. Я в шоке, я такого беспредела никогда не видела. Жалоба в администрацию ни к чему не привела.
