+: Всё было прекрасно. Отличный отель, сотрудники, которые готовы всегда прийти на помощь и решить все проблемы. Вкусная еда, завтрак- отличный, ужин по меню.Хоть и написано, что это полупансион, но по факту, это полный. В стоимость входит также и обед. В общем, мне очень понравилось. -: Если совсем уж придираться, то я могу найти! Во время уборки не пополняют моющие средства, на второй день у нас закончился гель для душа, так его никто и не долил.Закончился сахар, тоже никто ничего не доложил.Но это всё мелочи.

+: отличный отель , посещаем который уже не в первый раз . хорошее место положения и прекрасные виды из номеров . рядом и центр города с пешеходной зоной ( 5 мин пешком )и подьемник на гору ( несколько минут на машине ) . персонал очень внимательный , компетентный и доброжелательный. все вопросы решаются буквально за пару минут . отличная спа зона с бассейном под открытым небом и несколькими саунами на любой вкус . очень рекомендую. завтраки и ресторан в этом отеле как всегда на высоте . приятно , что вот уже на протяжении многих лет отель поддерживает высокий уровень сервиса и становится только лучше.

+: СПА -: Плошадь номера маленькая, кровать слишком высокая, ширина дверей большого шкафа не соответствует ширине полок, криминально выступающий шкафчик над кофеваркой о который можно разбить голову, в номере 4-х звёздочного отеля не предлагается бутылка воды.

+: Прекрасный завтрак, уютная спать-зона, отзывчивый персонал. -: Ужин хорош, но без изысков. Нужно самим контролировать наличие шампуня и мыла в номере - явная недоработка клининг-персонала.

+: Очень понравилось. Premium SPA отличный, входит в стоимость некоторых номеров. Услужливый и приветливый персонал. Очень удивил и порадовал факт того, что туалет и ванная комната раздельные. Очень удобное местоположение не далеко от центра. В номере есть все необходимое, невероятно чисто. Хороший завтрак.
