+: El personal muy atento desde la llegada hasta la salida, todas las areas muy limpia y la comida un 100010 o sea excelente!!

-: El bar de la piscina, para ser un hotel de tal magnitud e ubicado en Capa Cana deberia tener un mejor bar en lo que a estructura y limpieza de refiere. Deben renovarlo por completo.

+: El complejo esta dentro de la marina cap cana, por su configuración arquitectónica sientes que paseas por calles de pueblo, es muy encantador y romántico, con vistas a la marina, y tranquilidad total. Ambiente de personas maduras con ganas de descansar. No es un hotel para ir de fiesta.

-: Aunque la comida era muy variada y muy bien presentada, y estaba rica, normalmente se sentía poco fresca y con ingredientes de menor calidad a la esperada. Se notaba que las bandejas inacabadas de un servicio las aprovechaban para el siguiente servicio, viéndose reseco.Para ir a la playa hay un bus del propio hotel, sin coste, que sale cada hora, es un poco incómodo pero la playa Juanillo es una de las más espectaculares de r.d.
