+: Me gustó mucho sus instalaciones,muy limpio y sus villas muy bonitas y modernas súper amplias y todo impecable

-: La internet muy mala,compramos x 3 días supuestamente la más rápida aunque a un precio razonable pero así todo no era eficiente ahí si que tiene que mejorar

+: Espaço amplo, bem decorado, bem iluminado.Comida boa nos restaurante, várias opções de comidas diferentes na janta.

-: Ar condicionado com ajuste ruim sem possibilidade de direcionar o vento para outro lugar que não a cama.Então, ou você passa frio com o vento do ar, ou calor com ele desligado.Sobremesas deixam a desejar. Sem graça.Apesar desses pontos, recomendo o hotel!

+: The resort was lovely!! Room was very nice . Food was good and beach was excellent!! I enjoyed the variety of restaurants to eat at and the variety of food at the buffets!! The shops were nice.

-: My only disappointment was the lack of entertainment. There wasn't much group activities to do each day. There was minimal night time entertainment.

+: It’s the Caribbean and is hot, but Room is comfortable, excellent AC, spacious, include minibar and very clean. Buffet food is very diverse.Nice coffee shop. Entertainment crew very nice and cheerful. 24 hr food and drink available.

-: Take long time for the personalized meals on buffet : omelette line, pasta line, steak line, crepe line, run out of Nutella. Specialized restaurants are very difficult to book, you have to do it 24 hr in advance (so the first day more sure is going to be buffet dinner). From 3 nights we could only book 1, was good Teppanyaki(hibachi) Japanese style.Staff not as friendly as I remember from others staying DR (everyone is expecting to be tipped.Night entertainment was also basic,not big shows or amphitheater like other resorts. No disco or nightclub.Beverages are very basic, not great mixology. Poor beer selection. No premium liquor selection. Local brand Classico sucks.Pool is small and shallow (less 4 feet deep)Family side Good for families with small kids <10 yoAdults exclusive area good for couples.Not good hotel for adolescents.

+: Beach was fantastic but that's pretty much it.

-: Absolutely horrendous food. Wifi was unreliable, although almost all functions of the hotels were handled through a mobile app. Dinner restaurants had to be reserved in advance, but they almost never adhere to the reservation time. Check-in takes an hour due to outdated analogue system. Poor construction of the room resulted in mosquitoes and bugs in the hotel room. Towels were unclean, and definitely no 5-star amenities as they claim.

+: A praia do resort é muito bonita. Fazem um bom trabalho para manter a praia sem algas. O custo benefício do hotel é bom. Os restaurantes temáticos são bons. A estrutura do hotel é boa também. Os drinks do pub e do bar da recepção são bons.

-: Não espere comida maravilhosa. Como descrito acima, os restaurantes temáticos são apenas bons, nada maravilhoso. Os buffets são bem ruins, recomendo que sempre façam a reserva dos restaurantes temáticos para terem uma experiência melhor. O quarto tem bastante pernilongo e tem um cheiro muito forte de mofo, isso é bem desagradável, mas acaba acostumando depois de um tempo. Os drinks da piscina são bem aguados.
