+: It was ok, just ok. The receptionists were very friendly and accommodating.

-: I was harassed by security while I was just walking back to into the property. After checking in at the security gate just 50 yards away, another security guard chased me down while shouting at me in Hatian Creole, like I was breaking into the place. I had my room bracelet on and gave them no reason to be suspicious. I didn't feel welcome and it was very embarrassing. Room were spacious, but broken faucet, and tub leaking onto the floor were notable. Also, could never get hot water at any point during my 3 night stay.

-: Alguns garçons não tão dispostos a um bom atendimento, mas sem comprometer a estadia em geral.

+: Everything was as expected, incredible food, amazing staff, and the beach left you breathless. Incredible vacation!

-: Wi-Fi could be better but was not an issue.

+: Comida maravilhosa, ficamos 4 noites, jantamos em 4 restaurantes diferentes, e não deu tempo de experimentar toda a comida do hotel. As bebidas também são boas.A praia na frente do hotel é sensacional, pegamos uns dias de sol e com pouco vento, o que deixava o mar quase sem ondas.Os atendentes são felizes, prestativos e educados.A limpeza é nota mil. Os quartos são enormes e lindos.Não pegamos o platinum e não sentimos falta de nada.Todos do nosso grupo de amigos (estávamos em 6 pessoas) amaram.Voltaríamos e super indicamos.Por sorte acertamos na nossa escolha.

+: Es un hotel con mucha variedad de zonas recreativas. el personal es muy atento y servicial, siempre pendientes a cualquier necesidad de los huéspedes. Son personas muy cálidas y sonrientes.

+: La playa, sin duda.Algunos miembros del personal eran muy amables.El restaurante Tartufo es muy bueno.

-: La calidad de la comida de los bufets. Realmente baja. La imposibilidad de que me ayudaran en una petición que les hice antes de llegar.Las bebidas incluidas en la zona de la piscina eran muy químicas y no sabían a nada. La fruta que sirven en los restaurantes: uno espera mucho más de la fruta en un lugar tropical. Hay muchos detalles que no están cuidados.

-: Réception Check out prolongation car avion à 19h20 jusqu’à 16h30 au lieu de 12h moyennant 90€ . Et finalement pas d’activation de la carte bracelets ouvrant la chambre . Besoin de courir après une femme de ménage pour se faire ouvrir la porte .

+: I don't normally give reviews, but I really had to this time based on the experience. There is a specific front desk representative by the name of JHONNY who went above and beyond to help us out in the situation with our banking card. I am also in the customer service field, and I know what exceptional customer service is. There was also a colleague who offered to help as well he was great very jovial and warm. The property is clean I saw them wash the floor with mop yes the outside floor. Buffet Staff oh wow amazing. 10 out 10.

-: I am from a different culture the food wasn't what I am use to but I did find options that kept me alive for my time duration there.
