-: trasladaron mi reserva a otra localidad ( punta cana ) yo había elegido bayahibe sin desmerecer ya que superó mis expectativas el hotel donde me trasladaron ( jewell palm beach) no puedo decir que belive collection tuvo una buena atención .

-: Two weeks prior to our check-in I was notified Be Live Canoa would be closed throughout our dates.and offered alternate location and supposedly comparable! accomodations. The hotel was a 1 12 hours drive away in the opposite direction. I had to hire private transport to accomodate my family group. Upon arriving g learned the hotel had only been open for 2 weeks, and my accommodation for the Presidential Suite was not possible. The room was occupied.

+: La zona de playa es muy bonita, diría que lo mejor que tiene este hotel. Si bien las instalaciones están viejas y descuidadas cumplen con las necesidades. EL personal es atento.
-: El entretenimiento es malo, algunas instalaciones son viejas y se observa cierto abandono, entiendo que esta pronto a cerrar porque fue adquirido por otro grupo hotelero, eso explica mucho.

+: Ikdyž jsem četl poměrně špatné recenze na tento hotel, tak po doručení kamaráda, který v něm byl o měsíc dřív, jsem ho vyzkoušel. Musím uznat, že mě skoro nic nevadilo, jídlo bylo v pohodě ala carte restaurace taky, až na brazilskou, na kterou jsem se osobně těšil. Bohužel se opravdu nedá srovnat s Ambiente restauracemi, na které jsou znalci brazilských steaků zvyklí. Jinak jsme měli připlacené VIP jen pro dospělé. Ikdyž jsme nevyužívali třeba výhody bazénu, tak třeba VIP bar, který byl otevřen 07-18hod., jsme využívali pravidelně. Dát si drink v osm ráno má své kouzlo.🤣 Takže, za mě naprostá pohoda a jako bonus super místo bez řas.
-: Škoda, že místní kuchaři jak v brazilský, tak i v japonský restauraci neuměli pořádně udělat kvalitní maso. Většinou to bylo vysušený na troud.😪
