+: The room was big and good value for the price. The ambiance was also very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food variety was good, different fruits were available which was very good

-: wifi was a bit dodgy. It kept dropping off and I had to switch to a mobile connection.

+: Nice breakfast. Hotel has all amenities, some of the stuff were nice!

-: Many differentiating booking types in rooms, food, and drinks!!!If you’re not a “Travelers Club member” or “Privileged” you feel a big discrimination!!The DB Experience in the lobby sell very bad boat trips !! Almost a ripoff

+: Horrible customer service experience. We waited for almost 30 mins before being checked in without the front office staff showing acknowledgement. A simple, “we will be with you shortly” would have helped. When we were finally assisted, there was no apology for the wait.

-: Aggressive, not truthful and unwanted sales

+: Da piscina que fica de frente para a praia (excelente) e da praia.

-: Tudo, de maneira geral, pois o resort, com certeza com o intuito de controlarcortar custos, oferece uma experiência mediana... a não ser que você distribua gorjetas ao vento (o que pouconão fizemos por estarmos, supostamente, num "all-inclusive". Aí o atendimento mediano melhora bastante. Mas para quem não "molha a mão"...
