+: Guest come and stay here from different countries so keeping in mind options should be given to these guest what type of food they would like to eat.

-: communication was a big problem english is to be considered a common international language these days so more English speaking staff should be there.

+: Absolutamente nada. Uno paga el precio por la vista al mar y las ventanas estan TAN sucias que lo que se ve son manchones. La nevera no tiene ni agua. Pides al restaurante y se demoran 2 horas. haces fila de más de 30 min para hacer registro de ingreso y 1 de salida.

-: El servicio pésimo. No abrieron dos veces la habitación cuando dormíamos. Te piden 100 dolores por si consumes algo, y cuando sales te descuentan 10 por "propina obligatoria". las habitaciones huelen a humedad, TERRIBLE no volvería. Es un hotel costoso y te tratan con las patas.

+: la vista fue extraordinaria, el buffete muy rico, el gym con vista al mar, el hotel muy limpio y comodo

+: The view from the room was exceptional

-: The swimming pool closes at 6 pm if you want to swim. But in the website it states closes at 11. It is VERY disappointing the fact that you start the check in at 3 pm (considering the queue) and you close the pool that early! I have specifically booked this hotel for the facility which i wasn't able to use. VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED with that! You should state it in your website. Nevere going back to this property.
