+: Muy organizado y limpio, me pareció bien para pasar una noche y es un plus el desayuno, muy rico está muy bien ubicado a 15 min caminando del centro y la calle conde, a 5 min del malecón y el obelisco y del restaurante hermanos villar.

+: A localização é ótima fica perto da avenida principal da cidade tem uma praça enorme a vista do mar e uma padaria ótima fica aberta até às 22hs serve refeições deliciosa muitas variedades de alimentos.

-: Os lençóis da cama amarelados com cheiro não usei os travesseiro parece que lavou e não secou o banheiro o ralo sobe cheiro de esgoto tive que tampar e fechar a porta.

+: My family and I have been customers of Hotel Señorial for several years, and we have always been more than satisfied. The staff is always attentive and helpful.

-: Lately, we have noticed that the number of towels per the number of guests in the reservation are not always in place. Most recently, my family and I noticed that the mirror in the bathroom had not been cleaned. However, the biggest area of criticism is that Hotel Señorial is no longer providing the requisite complimentary bottle of water placed in the guest room. A bottle or two of complimentary water is a small but important detail in customer satisfaction. I would highly urge Hotel Señorial to reconsider their latest complimentary water policy. Great customer service begins with the small details.
