+: Delicious food, great organization, very friendly staff, beautiful venue.The beach is fabulous as well as pools with bars (where you sit in the pool while having drinks).Great place for bulking :D (the gym is well equipped and not very crowded)Don't get thrown off by big description of what I didn't like - I was trying to be very detailed

-: Heaps of mosquitoes right on 6:30pm mark (dusk), despite fumigations, nowhere to hide from them apart restaurants or hotel rooms. The last day I got really nasty food poisoning after visiting one of the a la carte restaurants. The staff was kind enough to extend our checkout until 3pm but good thing I brought my own antibiotics.Hotel rooms have atrocious sound proofing. Between every 2 rooms there's a pair of doors that are meant to connect 2 smaller apartments into a bigger one. This however causes every conversation (and other sounds) to be perfectly audible in another apartment. Entrance doors are forcefully slammed by everybody so the whole villa (and you in your bed) shakes.Sometimes hotel allowed vendors to line up the main "street" so when you were going for dinner you had to pass them and be "aggressively marketed".

-: Past 3:45pm given my room when check in is at 3pm. Upon entering the room had no toilet. Issues with getting relocated. 12 restaurants and we were told we could only reserve 2. Food is absolutely trash; no flavor including Olivo Mediterranean, Orchidia, Bar Grill . Drinks were served in a 5oz cups throughout the whole stay (all artificial) warm beer. Must pay over $50 for “top shelf” although it’s all inclusive. Employees calling each other out of their names and verbally fighting amongst themselves in front of guests (reception, entertainment, shuttle drivers). Employees are extremely rude to guest specially the ones located in the “coming 2” desk (day shifts). Not a 5 star resort, at best 2-3 stars.
