+: Bastante atividades durante o período que lá ficamos

-: O complexo precisa urgentemente de renovações. Tivemos que mudar de quarto porque o vaso sanitário não dava descarga. Nos mudaram para outro quarto e lá não funcionava o frigo bar, nem água tinha para beber no quarto , em um ALL inclusive , em cima do frigobar estava cheio de pós de café, que permaneceu lá até nosso check out. A banheira demorava o dia todo para encher de água, não bastasse isso algum encanamento estourou durante a noite I quase inundou tudo. Tbem sumiu um par de tênis que deixamos na sacada do quarto , achei um absurdo depois de tantos inconvenientes pedi para fazer late check out e eles me pediram 10.00 dólares a hora.

+: Absolutely beautiful resort with excellent food options. Beach access was great! The spa experience was incredible and a beautiful facility.

+: The room itself was comfortable which had a view of the beach. It was a wonderful view.

-: Some of the employees driving the golf carts around the compound were very rude. I feel for the money I spent at the resort they could be a little friendly and accommodating. The wait for the cart was horrible.

+: La playa, me encantó que tuviera un poco de oleaje. El que habían shows y música en vivo para bailar. El hotel tiene varios restaurantes para cenar en la noche, cada uno tiene una buena arquitectura, son cómodos. El espacio del hotel es amplio y puedes usar los servicios de los otros hoteles que están en el mismo lugar. El personal en general muy amable y dispuesto a atenderte.

-: La comida de la cena: pésima. En casi todos los restaurantes (fui a todos), en unos más o menos en otros horrible. En la atención de la recepción, les falta capacitación en la resolución de problemas. A los dormitorios les hace falta uno remodelación. Si bien son amplios, los muebles están viejos.

+: The property was a great location. Beach was great. Some staff was also great, such as Crispín and one of the ladies at the desk. Overall staff was very friendly which is great.

-: I was here 8 years ago and things have changed for the worse. I booked 3 rooms. All had issues. From lights not working, to fridges not working, to the fan not working. Moldmildew all in the showers. Even had a cockroach in one of our rooms. Just very frustrating when you pay a fair amount of money. Checking in was the worst. Took an hour just to check in. Then was called back to say I owe more money! They said I should pay an adult price for my 17 year old. Even though I had everything already book, with ages included and was quoted a price. They eventually said I did not and it was a system error. Just all so very frustrating. Lastly we were interested in the travel club. We were with them for a few hours and just needed to know the price. We asked several times and it was frustrating. I needed to take my medication and just wanted to get the prices so my husband and I could discuss and make a decision. We would have defiantly did it but the hassle to get the price was just what turned us off.

+: It was very clean, everyone at the resort was extremely friendly and made you feel safe and at home. I would recommend this place for anyone and all ages.
