+: The beach was beautiful and clean

-: The rooms were not in great condition musty smells,the beds were uncomfortable, we were harassed by sales people and there was no communication about things to do on the property during our stay.

+: The property was clean and beautiful. Check in and out was very fast and efficient. Transportation was available to all parts of the resort where restaurants and activities were. The beach was clean and seaweed free. We had a great guy name Rafael who was very attentive and made sure everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

-: Before you got in the resort the people started approaching you about a presentation and would not let you get settled in or even check in. Lots of salesman on the beach and some offering you drugs to buy. It was hard to learn about the activities and shows, not good communication in that area.The drinks at the bars and the food at some of the restaurants can be better.We had a few problems with our room but they were addressed and taken care quickly. We were even offered an upgrade in our room.

-: Staff were a little short and rude. Language barrier for a lot of staff speaking English

-: El trato del personal del Guest services y del restaurante el dorado. Mala comida. El personal del restaurante el dorado no es amable y te sirven la comida fria y mala.

+: Sport Center is fantastic

-: The stuff, especially in the restaurants, was not friendly despite being very polite

+: Me gustó la mayor cantidad de cosas , el hotel hermoso , los restaurantes muy lindos y buena comida. Las piscinas muy lindas y limpias.

-: Pocas ganas de atender en algunos empleados( buffet, o cafetería). Pero no en general , pero sí un aspecto a mejorar, Pareciera que te están haciendo un favor haciéndote un café.Reponen lo que quieren en el minibar y las personas de limpieza ( jabón toallas etc ) El entretenimiento regular. Se podría hacer más.

-: El staff.. Zarta de malcriados que no ponen atención a lo que uno habla. Pero no todos están en ese saco. De 10, solo 4 están en ese saco de malcriados. NO te miran, te atienden friamente, o a veces te ignoran. Tengo mala experiencia con el restaurante El Dorado. Por otro lado, excesivo personal para abordar temas de paquetes adicionales de viaje. Te "regalan" un desayuno o un traslado con el fin de que les regales 90 min para que te oferten paquetes vip de viaje, pero que a la larga te quitarán más de mediodía de tus vacaciones. La comida, básica, sin sabor, fría. Los tragos básicos, de mala calidad. Prefiero pagar un buen trago y una buena comida en vez de volver a vivir esta experiencia con Palladium.
