-: 210: nice view but you don’t be getting any seats at the beach or the pool if you aren’t there by 7am. I paid for privilege and It was the biggest waste of money. You spend your money to get a cabana but the resort books about 100 people with 20 cabanas so basically you screwed. The butler is suppose to show you around and meet you the first day and I didn’t meet mine till I was leaving the resort to go home. It took me till the 5th (and last) day to discover half of the things I had access to. Very poor service. I messaged him multiple times for reservations, chairs, a ride and he took very long to response I had to do everything myself. The food is terrible. I was lucky to find a place where I can get plain pasta with nothing on it because everything was so bad. The burgers, hot dog, chicken tastes awful. The coffee shop wasn’t good. The casino wasn’t a casino. Had about 5 machines and that’s it. Only good thing was the shows at night time gave you something to do. The bowling alley the worker was rude and seemed lazy to help you so we left. Some workers are nice but most just do what’s best for them and are very slow and lazy even though you paid for the service. The vendors there will literally attack you and try forcing you to buy whatever they are selling it’s honestly scary. Finally the last day I was leaving we called so we wouldn’t have to walk a mile with our suitcases in 85 degree weather (the butler is suppose to have someone waiting) and they never showed up even waiting an extra 20 min so we had to walk otherwise we would’ve been late to the airport. Also, don’t bother paying for the hot tub in your room because it is a little sink that takes about 3 hours to fill up and by that time you don’t want to go In and it’s cold water. Wouldn’t recommend.

+: 2nd year here and all was wonderful. Staff is always so kind and gracious. Property is neat and clean and the entertainment always fun

-: I was disappointed that I paid for privilege and did receive privileged benefits , but was not provided a privilege room. We were given a non privileged room that did not include all amenities we were told we would receive
