+: Ничего. Этот отель испортил весь отпуск. Самый худший отель из всех где приходилось останавливаться. -: Наш номер обокрал персонал отеля. Номер был закрыт, войти посторонние в него не могли. Территория отеля закрыта от посторонних. Рядом с нашей комнатой дежурили секьюрити. Когда сообщили о краже они отказались вызывать полицию. Мы смогли сделать это лишь сами - помогли друзья из Санто-Доминго. Работники отеля пытались выгнать с ресепшена, где мы дожидались полицию. Выключили свет и говорили, чтобы мы ждали полицию в своем номере, так как их эта проблема не касается. Мы были просто шокированы.Возврат депозита возможен только в рабочие часы ресепшена. Это с 8 до 23. Если у вас ранний выезд из отеля, депозит, оставленный наличными, вы вернуть не сможете.Рядом нет ни магазинов, ни ресторанов, ни кафе. Если захотите покушать или купить что-нибудь, будьте готовы вызвать такси и поехать в ближайший населённый пункт - Хуанильо. При этом отель не предоставляет питьевую воду. Постелили испорченные простыни, потом обвинили в их порче и заставили платить 32$, залог 300$, которые берется при въезде до сих пор не вернули, хотя прошло уже 2 недели. Пляжа как такового нет, он не обустроен. Сама гостиница не достроена и по утрам можно проснуться от шума ремонта в здании. Ресторанов по близости нет и магазинов тоже. Время проживания: Январь 2018
