+: La limpieza, comida, la tranquilidad y el trato personal de los empleados

+: La gastronomia estaba muy buena

+: The grounds and layout of the resort, best value on Playa Dorada. The food is seriously wonderful. The staff is attentive and polite. It feels like a vacation !

-: As they do in several hotels, gave me a crappy room upon arrival and upgraded me twice until I landed in a beautiful room. Also they keep trying to offer you to move to a room in a private and exclusive area of the resort at a much higher price, but I stood my ground and insisted on a good standard room for the price I already paid. It took about 3 days out of a 15-day stay so it was worth my time and the hassle of haggling with the concierge.

+: Das Essen war wundervoll. Wir haben besonders einheimische Gerichte bevorzugt, doch es gab echt für jeden etwas Passendes und Schmackhaftes. Das Dessertmenü war ein wirkliches Highlight jeden Tag. Es gab immer mal wieder etwas anderes, alles sehr frisch zubereitet und hübsch serviert. Einfach alles perfekt. Zwei tolle Pools, der eine mehr für Familien, der andere riesig gross für alle. Alles war sehr sauber und der Strand einen Katzensprung entfernt. Auch dieser war toll. Er wird täglich geputzt, alles, was im Wasser schwimmt wird herausgefischt. Doch nicht so nette Gäste werfen halt immer wieder Kehricht herum. Das hat aber mit dem Service nichts zu tun. Aber grösstenteils ist alles immer sehr sauber. Das Zimmer war sehr hübsch und es gab alles nötige, was man braucht zu finden. Der Zimmerservice war perfekt und sehr freundlich. Sorry, ich finde einfach über diesen wundervollen Ort nichts, was die reine Freude am Urlaub trüben würde.

-: Ein paar Tipps, wo und wie man sich vor Prellerei schützen kann, wären vielleicht gut für die Gäste, auch wo man was am besten kaufen kann etc. Doch sonst ist gar nichts Reklamierenswertes zu finden.

+: La recepcionista a la hora del check in me motivó bastante.

-: Los restaurantes a la carta tienen un larga lista de espera y la comida puede tardarse hasta 2 horas en llegar a la mesa.Curiosamente tuve que informar que me iba a retirar de la mesa en 2 ocasiones para que me trajeran la comida de inmediato.El cafe de maquina esta muy lejos y solo tienen una maquina.El bar de la playa estuvo fuera de servicio durante los 4 dias que estuve.

+: Friendly staff, location was great and perfect weather

-: The Unlimited vacation club meeting was a very bad experience lasted almost three hours that was supposed to be 90 min. and didn't want to let us go had to sign a bunch of paper.

+: Bardzo miło spędziłem te siedem dni w tym hotelu.Skorzystałem z bardzo fajnych wycieczek po okolicy, które zakupiłem w ty hotelu.Pozdrawiam

-: Mimo przekazania hotelowi z odpowiednim wyprzedzeniem, że przyjadę dwa dni później do tego hotelu na stronie bookingu personel tego hotelu pobrał ode mnie zapłatę z cały 9-cio dniowy pobyt. Oczekuję zwrotu za te niewykorzystane dwa dni na moją kartę bankomatową którą się posłużyłem przy mojej płatności. Proszę Firmę Booking o pomoc w tej sprawie.

+: Nice area, nice beach, pool, bars, restaurants, enterntainment, staff, cocktails!

-: Wi-Fi only in lobby - awful! Food caused a stomach pain on day 2, but in might have been just we are not used to local menu. But veggies were tasteless, so were ham, cheeses, etc.
