+: It was a really nice resort with great customer service! Our check-in was delayed but the receptionist Maria was very helpful and friendly. She explained how to access the restaurants and made our stay comfortable. It was an all around great stay and I would definitely consider staying there again. They gave us a tour near the end of our stay that showed their more modernized rooms that were built 2 years ago. I would request those for future stays.

+: Wir sind zufällig hier gelandet, da das ursprünglich gebuchte Hotel geschlossen war. Hotel Palma Real ist ein sehr stylisch eingerichtetes Hotel mit sehr viel Platz. Ausgezeichnetes Essen (Buffet), grosse Zimmer, sehr schöne Poolanlage. Sehr zuvorkommendes freundliches Personal.

-: Das Zimmer hatte eine komplette Küchenzeile, jedoch ohne Utensilien. Braucht das jemand in einem 5Sterne all inclusive Hotel Urlaub??

-: - We had to wait over 2 hours !! at check-in because our room was not cleaned yet, unforgiveble at these prices! No compensation whatsoever - Food in Palazzo for the Reserve only: menu without vegetables, quality very mediocre, definitely not luxury as adverted - Personnel friendly but not very competent, they forget what you asked for, they cannot answer any questions - We got an unneccesarily big old-fashioned apartment with kitchen instead of a luxury room: quantity instead of quality - We chose Paradisus Punta Cana for the turquoise water at that specific beach near the Bavaro lagoon, but we were 'upgraded' last minute to the Paradisus Palma Real, a few kilometers north. - At 12:00 the only food available in the property were the chewy hamburgers on the beach. Buffet only open from 12:30.

+: Las instalaciones están en buen estado y son bonitas. La comida del buffet principal era buena.

-: El servicio. Eramos un grupo grande y había que reservar para ir a los restaurantes a cenar, pero nunca habia reservas. El plan que pagamos incluía bebidas alcoholicas premium, sin embargo, al pedirlas en los bares nos decían que se habían acabado.
