Tours and prices for holidays at the hotel Vik Hotel Cayena Beach 5* 2024-2025 Dominican Republic, Punta Cana

+: We ended up in the Cayena Beach Club (an exclusive area of the resort). The staff in that area were quite good. The restaurant in this area was available for breakfast and lunch. The food was good. Dinner options are the same for the entire resort - buffet or ala carte. The Reception team in the Beach Club was excellent. Although a bit worn and needing an upgrade, it appears to be one of the few resorts within about 50 feet of the ocean. Other resorts are set back much further and don't seem to have the excellent view with which we ended up.

-: The first room we were given (that was supposed to be oceanview and balcony) was on the first floor looking at a chain linked fence and a bush. When the door wouldn't close, we were given a lovely 2nd floor oceanfront room. Apparently, all rooms in the Cayena Beach Club are rated the same so no guarantee on the view. In its heyday, this was likely the gem on the coast. There are upgrades and maintenance needed including staving off erosion at beach side.

+: Wir waren 12 Nächte im Cayena Beach und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das gesamte Personal war super freundlich, immer gut drauf, sie haben uns die Wünsche von den Lippen abgelesen; das Essen war sehr abwechslungsreich, schmackhaft und einfach "sehr gut". Der weitere Service, vom Empfang, Bar, Beach-Service, und...und...und - wir waren mit allem sehr, sehr zufrieden... Das Zimmer war sehr schön gelegen, mit einem tollen Blick auf den Strand; die Anlagen waren gepflegt und alles sauber und gut in Schuss... Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub! - Danke!

+: Staff and facilities, food was excellent. The views didn't disappoint.

-: There were no issues, it was perfect for what I needed

+: Grande maiorias dos funcionários atenderam bem, mas percebemos q a gorjeta tem de ser dada se quiser ser bem atendido. Limpeza do quarto é ruim e um dos restaurantes estava fechado. Acesso à praia restrito pois desbarrancou uma boa parte e ainda não arrumaram. A comida é razoável, algumas coisas ruins mesmo.

+: La gentillesse de tout le personnel et particulièrement Luisa. L’endroit est magnifique est très bien situé.

-: La propreté de la chambre laisse à désirer, il ne faut pas trop regarder les détails. La connexion internet ne fonctionne pas bien dans les extérieurs dans l’établissement.

+: In overall an exeptional time there.

-: Some employees at the front desk were working very very slowly. Bathroom in our room was very dark + bathtub would need an update - it was cracked.
