-: Front desk personnel very poor customer service and rude. No sense of problem solving or helpful. (Referring to the women and supervisor men when checking out 32124@ 7:30am) Had an incident on regards of the pool towels that even though we were trying to explain what happened, they didn’t want to listen and wanted to charge us for them. I worked for 9 years in front desk and there’s always a way to resolve issues and if you can’t there’s always a manager in house to consult, but not in this facility. Very disappointing. I will not recommend this place.
