-: La Mantencion ( nos falló el aire acondicionado todos los días) . No me gustó que había poco sombrillas ( quitasoles). Por temas de salud deberían poner más.Comida podría ser más variada y mejor.Restaurant a la carta podrían mejorar. Y lo que debe mejorar mucho son los shows que hacen en la noche en el teatro.

-: Hours taken for checkin, room did not match the bookings.com description or photos. Despite cancelling after arriving, I was charged 2 days when policy is 1 day for cancelling. Refund still not processed. Customer service do not respond. Also was spruked aggresively to join their membership which I really did not appreciate. There are much better alternatives for the same price. We went to Riu, same price and it was 10× better in every way.
