+: Было чисто, приветливый персонал, хороший завтрак. -: Было немного шумно в номере. Поселили в номер на четвертом этаже, а на крыше над номером стояли кондиционеры и вентиляторы. И от этого было шумно.

+: 1) Заселиние на 2ч раньше2) Вкусный завтрак -: 1) На смесителе была засохшая зубная паста. 2) На след. день после заселения в отеле не было горячей воды. При бронировании номера за 2 дня до заезда нигде этой информации не было указано (фейсбуксайт отеля). При заселении персонал также не счел нужным нас об этом уведомить. Когда пришли на ресепшн спросить, в чем проблема, спросили «а когда вы заехали? вас не предупредили?» - соответственно об отключении горячей воды отель знал заранее, плановое отключение в связи с ремонтными работами. Информационная табличка появилась только утром того же дня. Об отсутствии горячей воды узнали по факту, желая утром принять душ. В спа, соответственно, горячей воды тоже не было - да, бани натоплены, но какой кайф от холодных бассейнов и душей и невозможности смыть с себя хлорку после посещения спа? Считаю со стороны отеля очень невежливым в данной ситуации не уведомлять гостей об отсуствии горячей воды в СПА ОТЕЛЕ, где СПА является одной из главных причин, почему гости Read more

-: Мы специально бронировали номер с балконом и видом на море. Хотелось вечером полюбоваться видами. Но не получилось. Из мебели, на балконе оказалось лишь два пня, на которых можно посидеть не более минуты🤷‍♀️. Завтраки никакие, номера очень старые. Приняв душ, нужно было взять специально приготовленную щётку и убрать воду🤦‍♀️, в противном случае вода по всему санузлу

+: Заселили на час раньше , спасибо . По настоящему отличный завтрак ! Плюс мы ужинали в ресторане вечером ( паста с морепродуктами и коктейли из бара- ТОПЧИК !) -: В номере не могли открыть на ночь дверь балкона , снизу гудел какой- то механизм или вытяжка. Поэтому спать было душно .
