+: Totally exceeded our expectation, not sure why it is rated as 4-stars, it's definitely better than all the 5-star hotels we had stayed before. Food, water slides are all amazing. Room is very spacious.

-: Il y a un truc que je n'ai pas apprécié :Nous avons pris 2 massages sur la semaine, dont un était à 18h et ça été changé à 19h. Manque de chance je suis arrivé en retard, et nous avons été mal accueilli et ils nous ont proposé de le faire le lendemain, mais c'était notre jour de départ. Donc on l'a fait , donc c'était un massage très très rapide, même si ibrahim a essayer de le faire au mieux, mais la pression de devoir finir avant 20h j'avais pas la même sensation d'être à l'aise. Et le massage fait pour ma mère à être vraiment très mal fait et la masseuse pas très sympa. C'est dommage qu'on a pas été aussi bien accueilli quand on vient payer que quand on est en retard. Vraiment déçu 😞
