-: The waiter has a bad attitude and the hotel doesn't handle things. A small problem occurred and was not solved in time. When I went to the boss, he said the boss was not here. It was a very bad trip.

+: Tutto ottimo, siamo stati trattati benissimo. Lo paragonerei più ad un buon 4 stelle anziché un 5 stelle.
