+: They managed to shift my rating from 3 to 10 in 3 days, there was some issues with the room and it took them some time to fix them (over an hour), but this is possible to have happened anywhere. And in return they did everything possible to compensate for this inconvenience, they made me checkout at the time that I want (which was 6 pm), they got me a fruit basket eveyday and a free day in the beach private gazebo which charges 10$. Apart from that, everything else was great, I loved the room, the beach and the staff were very friendly, especially Amr at the reception, Doaa from guest relations, Essam and Ali from restaurant catering.

+: Tout, un hôtel très agréable, et en bord de mer. Une plage idyllique, sans rocher pour se balader dans l'eau et aussi la route de la côte, plane et charmante que seules les navettes électriques des hôtels peuvent emprunter. J' ai beaucoup apprécié le personnel toujours aux petits soins pour moi, j'ai adoré les cours de stretching le matin avec Amir au bord de mer, Mohammed et ses petites touches deco dans la chambre, tout le personnel du restaurant joyeux et prévenant, l'adorable Doaa, référente Booking qui m'a fait préparer un lunch à mon départ car j'avais un vol de nuit.J'ai aussi beaucoup apprécié me sentir en sécurité partout où j'allais (étant seule). Et 🍒 sur le gâteau, dès que vous sortez du complexe hôtelier, vie nocturne, boutiques, souvenirs , épices, bazar, ... J'y reviendrai, c'est sûr 🌞
