+: Excellent hotel in every respect,from friendly helpful staff, great choice of food extremely pleasant surroundings and only 5 minutes walk to beach or 1 minute by hotel buggy. Would definitely return. Highly recommended.

+: everything was perfect.The reception team was good and helful and mr. Ahmed khalaf was very kind and gentel and allowed is for a late check-out.

-: clean well prepared orgnize. ALL THE STAFF WAS FANTASTIC.

+: Just the best, best attitude and service, buffet actually decent, room size decent and clean, stayed here twice on one holiday!

-: The food was bad and had a tummy ache for 3 days and the vacation be like hell for us and pools are cold
