Все было на высшем уровне с момента заселения: приехали в отель около 6 утра нас сразу же заселили (за отдельную плату подобрали нам более удобный для нас номер), пригласили на завтрак. В дальнейшем каждый день убирали в номере, постоянно спрашивали все ли у нас хорошо. Все было на высшем уровне!

+: Denizi gerçekten çok iyiydi. Kids Club çalışanları çok ilgiliydi. Özellikle Renata Hanım çoğu konuda yardımcı oldu. Kaldığımız Bölümde Görevli güvenlik çoğu konuda yardımcı oldu. Genel olarak çalışanlar hoşgörülüydü.
-: Odalar çok eski, yürüme mesafesi çok fazla, havuzlar çok temiz değil. Yemek çeşitliliği az ve lezzet türk otellerine oranla çok düşük. Ve sürekli sahilde size birşeyler satmaya çalışan insanlarla dolu.

+: Great selection of food every day. Staff always pleasant and helpful. Catered to my personal needs due to an issue I have. Brilliant new rooms in the 5000 block.
-: Rooms in other blocks where family were staying were still very dated and need urgent upgrades. Difficult to find a table at meal times. Entertainment area needed air-conditioning or more fans Rooms were not properly cleaned, just tidied up. No mopping or cleaning surfaces. Bottles of water around the hotel is a must if Desert Rose is to be better than other hotels. Pool floor was always dirty

+: Gostei de tudo um pouco. Povo muito simpático. A funcionária Samar El Noby, foi espetacular. Eu e a minha mulher faziamos 25 anos de casados e ela fez de tudo para que corrresse maravilhosamente, desde uma mesa reservada, quarto decorado... muito bom. Os restantes funcionários sempre simpaticos e muito prestaveis.
