Все было на высшем уровне с момента заселения: приехали в отель около 6 утра нас сразу же заселили (за отдельную плату подобрали нам более удобный для нас номер), пригласили на завтрак. В дальнейшем каждый день убирали в номере, постоянно спрашивали все ли у нас хорошо. Все было на высшем уровне!

+: Alles. Ganz wenig auszusetzen und das ist dann Meckern auf hohem Niveau.Tolle Anlage (bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber immer noch sehr schön), ganz tolles Personal, super Essen, familienfreundlich, viele Möglichkeiten für verschiedene Aktivitäten...Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
-: Meckern auf hohem Niveau:- WLAN nicht sehr gut und funktioniert nur draußen- Es wurde eine Hochzeit gefeiert in der Anlage, das war viel zu laut (bis 23 Uhr)- Es gibt erst ab 1830 Uhr essen (für Familien mit Kleinlindern wäre etwas früher toll)

+: we had opted for the option of "All Inclusive". There was a huge buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a lot of options for both vegeterians and non-vegeterians. There were also a lot of options to chill - like 3 swimming pools, barm club and some activities every day!
-: No wifi in the rooms which was a big turn off for us! Wifi only available in some public places in the resort!!!

+: Our first trip to Egypt and we’ll be back to DesertRose Resort. Wanted for nothing! The hotel is spotless, all the staff can’t do enough for you, right on the beach and never went hungry!
-: The only niggle was the constant bombardment every day from the Spa and Aqua team in paying for treatments and excursions. It wasn’t until the second to last day when another guest pointed out the orange flags on the umbrellas to signal ‘do not disturb’. If only we’d known that at the beginning!

+: We liked literally everything about this stay. 1. Really nice and pleasant people around from the gardeners to the receptionists. 2. Food was really great! We were with a 2 years old baby and there was no problem to find food for her. Great stuff, great choice and very tasty food. 3. Cleanliness is on the high level. Nothing to complain about. Basically everything was great, we enjoyed this week of holiday. Definitely come back here sometime in the future. 👌👌👌
