+: I really enjoyed my stay …..very professional animation team…spreading positive vibes all day long and so friendly as wellhuge variety of food….too deliciousI had a very comfortable clean room …..(sea view)🔥heated pool …beautiful sea spot with a lot of coralsspecial thanks to mostafa the Barman at sultan ….this guy is really experienced and friendly ….guys out there if you want to have extraordinary stay ,have a good time and leave with beautiful memories …this hotel is the best for youI am coming again hopefully soon……missing everything already 😍❤️

+: Absolutely nothing!Too big hotel that not organized at all!Stupid game by working by “domina” time which is different from the local time, make any sense?The stinky room full of lizards, bed-bags and mosquitos The room facilities half-broken, room clean by 48 hours (at least that’s what written by the menu.All-include deal? All big joke… which is not funny at allThe best bars which is at the pool and at the beach are by payment and free ones are 1 km from the beach… so the walking is included The beach and the pools… part of them not included for all the guests not even for the all included paying guests the males staff looking at the girls breast shameless and taking photos!!!!!At a 500 staff crew we met 3 persons which are nice and kind
