+: Nous avons aimé le parc aquatique, l'hôtel en général, service de navette pour la plage. Une mention très très bien pour tout le personnel d'accueil , le personnel de restauration,le personnel d'entretien et le jeune homme de la sécurité à la réception. Ils étaient tous très gentils et très serviables.L'Égypte est vraiment un très beau pays. Merci pour tout

-: Les deux seules choses qui nous ont déçu sont :- le service excursion qui est à l'intérieur de l'hôtel mais indépendant ( excursion à louxor proposé à 625€ pour 5 personnes alors que sur internet nous avons les mêmes prestations , voir plus, à 288€)- une certaine clientèle de l'hôtel irrespectueuse de notre famille et du personnels de l'hôtel ( encore un grand bravo à eux pour leur patience)

+: La chambre est spacieuse et la literie confortable. Ménage fait chaque jour. La nourriture est vairée, de bonne qualité. Animatrice pour les enfants au top

-: Sauf erreur, il n'est pas mentionné sur booking que la principale piscine est en travaux en ce moment. Du coup, les residents se regroupent tous autour de la seconde piscine plus petite. La salle de bain des chambres est un peu défraichie, pas d'eau chaude systématique tous les jours.

+: Everyone was really nice, cleaners, recepcionists, waiter everyone. Animators just came, they were new at the hotel, but they are the best, professionals, loved them, food was tasty, the beach is beautiful It was our dream vacation
