-: 非常差的体验。1.前台工作人员毫无专业可言，效率低下，10分钟换了三位员工check in，对歧视亚洲人（出租车司机说，酒店经理歧视埃及本地人，对司机各种检查，视他们为小偷），工作人员对白人有微笑，优先处理白人的问题，只会让你一旁等待。2.整个酒店非常小，和图片不符合，只有两个小小小的泳池，每天早上8点后躺椅几乎被全部占用，只有少数边缘的躺椅。沙滩要去对面的酒店，但只有很小的一些位置，和几张躺椅供使用。3.餐厅非常小，食物单一，少有员工有笑容，大部分的员工眼神不友善。4.与酒店经理对上述问题进行沟通，没有道歉和遗憾，说了两句无关紧要的话。这是一次非常非常非常差的住宿体验。

+: I loved everything! Very nice and calm hotel!Staff is absolutely AMAZING! They spoilt us totally! A special thanks to Frontdesk manager Mohamed Said who made our stay extra special!This lovely hotel is perfect for couples who want a calm and lovley stay and for people with small children. Food is good but the really fantastic thing is the pastry! The pastry chef is making fantastic chocolate cakes that is melting in the mouth! Very very high quality of chocolate! I can't brag enough about this hotel! 👑🌞
-: Food was a bit boring sometimes especially at lunch. I wish the food kept the same HIGH quality as the pastry.The check in takes a little bit too long.
