+: 宿泊すらできなかったので不明。

-: 予約した部屋がなく、30分後、同じグレードという条件で近隣のGolden Hotel cairoに徒歩にて移動した。ダブルルームベランダ付きを予約していたが、案内されたのはシングルルームベランダなし。話が違うのでHotel Grand Royalに戻り説明を求める。さらに30分以上待った後、先程のGolden Hotel cairoに再度徒歩移動。今度は、ほぼ同グレードと思われる部屋を案内され、チェクインした。ここまでで1時間30分ほど経過している。さらに朝食込みの予約であったがホテルが変更になったためか、朝食の提供はなかった。

+: The location is unsurpassed for a traveller wanting to stay in right in the hustle and bustle of downtown Cairo. The staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel has a historic feel. The premises are clean and functional.

-: The ground floor lobby of the building is in a bit of disrepair

+: 前台员工Mohammed特别热情，给予了很多帮助。Bounce app （专门用于寄存行李的国际网站）的寄存点就再酒店，我把一个比较大的行李箱寄存在了酒店一天收费4美金，存了五天20美金。我觉得很方便，不用带很多行李去其他城市旅行。而且酒店离埃及博物馆不行15分钟位置非常好，如果你想寄存行李可以考虑这家。

+: Après avoir lu mon retour sur le premier séjour , j’ai apprécié le fait que le gérant et le staff, surtout la dame à la réception en pris en considération ce qui nous a dérangé et ont fait en sorte que le deuxième séjour était bcp mieux que le premier.On leur remercie pour leur gentillesse et leur attention merci aussi au monsieur qui était à la réception même tard le soir. Merci à la dame qui était à la réception pour son geste.Donc je recommande Grand Royal Hôtel Cairo.
