Grand Seas by SUNRISE

+: Goede service, personeel staat continue voor je klaar om alles te regelen. Je voelt je gewaardeerd als gast. Als je op excursie gaat midden in de nacht zelfs een ontbijtpakket. Bij een zoekgeraakte handdoek regelen ze gelijk een nieuwe. Ga je zitten in de lobby of waar san ook; bieden ze je drinken aan en brengen dat zelfs van water tot cocktails. Animatieteam probeert iedereen elke dag te enthousiasneren om met alle activiteiten mee te doen. Het hotel is net overgenomen door sunrise en bezig aan een doorstart. Dat merk je alles wil het personeel tip top regelen; heerlijk!

-: Wij moesten eerst erg wennen aan gestoord worden op je bedje. Maar iedere dag tegen de excursieverkoper, shakeverkoper, masseuseverkoper nee verkopen is dubbel; soms heel irritant en te opdringerig. Totdat ne merkt dat ze het net de beste intenties doen; op die manier verlenen zij service. Want heel veel gasten vinden het wel fijn om vanaf hun bedje een fruitshake te kopen of een excursie te boeken. Wij niet en als dat iedere dag door dezelfde wordt gevraagd.. vul zelf maar in. Eten was goed maar de burgers bij de zwembadbar waren steenkoud (uren eerder gebakken?) en de patat slap.

+: The property is really clean and all facilities are available and ready for you The staff are very helpful and very friendly Special thanks to the receptionist quick responses to the requests to provide us comfort and enjoyment specially Mr Mohamed Ali , Mr Mostafa Elshazli, and Mr Haitham Serag they are helpful and trying their best for us The room and beds are big, comfortable, and clean

-: Nothing- but the animation team can be more active but it is still funny

+: Our stay at Sunrise Alma Bay Resort was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, Haitham greeted us with warmth and hospitality that made us feel right at home. The food was a highlight of our visit; every meal was a delightful experience, thanks to the amazing culinary skills of Chief Cook Ahmed. The staff including Hussein, Ali, and Salah, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Their friendliness and attention to detail truly set this resort apart. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and are already looking forward to our next visit!

-: بعض الأشياء البسيطه التي يتم التجاوب معها علي الفور من طاقم العمل بالفندق ذي1 تليفون الغرفه لم يكن يعمل وقت دخولي الغرفه وتم إصلاحه علي الفور2المياه الساخنه كانت تقطع ليلا وتم تدارك ذالك3عدم وجود سجاد بارضيات الغرف مما يزيد العرف بروده وخاصه في فصل الشتاءوعلي الرغم من ذالك العاملين يتفانون في حل هذيه الأشياء علي قدر الامكانات المتاحه4استيكر قبلة الصلاه يجب ان يكون في سقف الغرفه مش في درج التسريحه لم أجده الا في آخر يوم جميع الفنادق تضعه في سقف الغرف

+: - Alle waren sehr, sehr freundlich und aufmerksam- Die Anlage ist schön gepflegt und die Zimmer sauber- Zimmergröße- Das Essen war lecker und es gab immer eine große Auswahl- Schöner Strand und gut zum baden

-: - Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht, dieser war jedoch sehr enttäuschend. Mussten ganz rechts an den Balkon stehen um was vom Meer zu sehen.- Haben öfters beobachtet wie Supervisor im Restaurant die Kellner und Putzkräfte vor den Gästen zurechtgewiesen haben. Fand ich nicht gut weil alle sehr bemüht und freundlich waren.
