+: It was the best time for us in hurghada also we went so many times before but that was our first time in jaz ,, Staff was super friendly and active always seeking for your comfort without even asking , all of them at the relax pool , fun pool and fayrouz lobbySo many heated pools , aqua pools were Also heated Drinks and snacks all over the day until 5 pm at the fun , relax pool Best cocktails ever pina colda , almaza cocktailsFacilities were very good Quality of the food was very good , but needs more variety Kids club and animation team for kids was excellent our kid was enjoying her time to the maximum,, mini disco for kids everynight ,, activities , cinema show A la carte restaurant was good we tried sofra Lebanese restaurant Late dinner was also available at 10 pm till 1 am Which was great benefit if u have little kids They upgraded our room from superior to ground floor with pool view
-: Animation team for adults needs more entrainment and more activities ,but it was accepted

+: Gardens we’re very well kept and area was always really clean. Lots of facilities for children. Food in main restaurant had lots of choice, freshly cooked.
-: Having to pay for mini bar in room. Extra charges for fruit smoothies around poolside, always being touted for hotel services which incurred costs. Costs of Spa and Diving were excessive in relation to outside offers. Service around pools was not very fast

+: - le personnel à la piscine et aux restaurants sont très gentils et disponible par rapport à l’accueil que nous avons eu à notre arrivé (très déçu de notre accueil : très tardif en plus).
-: - Les repas étaient toujours les mêmes , nous étions obligé de manger à l’extérieur vers la fin de notre séjour - nous étions déçu de la chambre : elle fait très vieillot par rapport au complexe. - sur 14 piscines seulement 2 sont chauffées.
