+: Everything was so beautiful The food is great. The staff is very cooperative. The main chef is excellent. The aqua park is amazing

+: Evening meal variety was good. Bar staff really helpful and friendly. Bus to beach with all inclusive when you get there is great. Water park with lots of slides looks great, although water to cold for me to use. Gardens and grounds are impeccable. Nice to have a choice of pools to use.

-: Our room was right above the children's play park, which was not ideal as we went as a couple. Disappointed with our view as we looked out over dessertdirt planes. You can only get beer or wine at most of the bars, which I don't drink. Only main bar does spirits, which for all inclusive isn't great. When at the beach, although lovely we were pestered continously for water sports, camel rides, massage etc. They should have a stall so you can go to them, if you want to.

+: Cleanliness, range of facilities, heated pools and water park, tennis and infinity pool. Michael at the recpetion was exceptional, helped out our friend when she broke her foot and needed medical attention. I have uploaded videos on utube, can be seen by searching jaz aquaviva february

-: Hotel didn't give us information about blocking car companies coming to the resort. We booked through booking.com and hotel refused our transfer to come to the hotel, very ingenuous of them.
