There are a number of reasons we have become regulars:Outstanding customer service, the staff, especially the animation team exceeded our expectations. They make your stay extra special full of lots of fun for all of the family. Special mention to Boody, DJ Ramy and Shams who always go the extra mile.Ideal Location, situated within good proximity of the beach. The beach is clean, clear blue water and great for snorkeling with many beautiful reefs.High-Quality Dining Options, the hotel restaurant offered delicious meals with a diverse menu with food that surpassed our expectations. The dining staff and chefs are also excellent. Special mention to Abdullah who always went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and was very sweet towards my children.I would highly recommend this resort. It's great value for money and is especially good for families.

+: We are very pleased with our stay at JAZ Saraya hotel Resort. The staff in every position are very professional and extremely service minded. Its a very nice atmosphere in the hotel area and a lot of returning guests here, which signs good quality.
