+: La struttura non è tanto grande ed è contenuta, ben tenuta, la posizione è ottimale sia per fare il bagno che snorkeling lungo la barriera corallina, le camere sono grandi ed il personale è stato molto premuroso e gentile. Ci sono state varie attività organizzate dallo staff di animazione e l'intrattenimento serale è valido. La cucina è molto varia e devo dire che abbiamo apprezzato tutto, perfino la pasta. Consiglio di provare una cena al ristorante orientale Makai Tukai perchè è davvero eccezionale, e l'escursione alla spiaggia di Orange Bay. In spiaggia, gli ombrelloni sono ampi ed i lettini molto comodi davvero; il servizio bevande è ben presente e costante. Meritano una nota a parte il receptionist Abd Elaziz che è stato prezioso per noi anche perchè, parlando un perfetto italiano, è riuscito a comprendere alla perfezione le nostre richieste, unitamente a gentilezza, disponibilità e professionalità. L'housekeeper Ahmed con la sua dolcezza e attenzione; il manager Mohamed che si è assicurato che tutto fosse di nostro gradimento durante il soggiorno. Ci ritornerei.

-: In spiaggia talvolta le mosche non ti danno tregua. Potrebbe essere utile installare delle trappole in quella zona. L'aria condizionata, seppur impostata al minimo della ventilazione, risulta ancora rumorosa per chi come me ha il sonno leggero.

+: We extended our 3-night stay with an extra day because we loved every minute of our stay. I wish we could extend it by a week! 😁 Clean room and clean pools, beautiful garden, sandy beach with beautiful sea life! Loved the street festival! The food was delicious, friendly and very polite people worked very hard to please the guests day and night.

+: It was an amazing place to relax! Lovely people,delicious food every time, amazing sea life! Highly recommended!We will be back!

+: The food in general was very good, the staff were nice, the animation team were so active and cool . The hotel is cosy and family friendly which I recommend for any family or group of friends with kids

-: I didn’t like the Wifi , also something that I didn’t like is finding visitors not hotel guests on the pool or the beach. Also the makadi aqua park was super crowd from daily trips not from the hotels guests
