+: A lovely little hotel, very good quality food. Spotlessly clean and unlike trips to Egypt 10 years ago, none of us got poorly or heard of anyone else poorly. It’s not a 5 star by U.K. standards, it’s a perfectly fine 4 star, but you would probably guess this from the price. Take smaller notes for tips, for some of the staff this was the difference between good and mediocre service. Housekeeping were so good, they made amazing towel animals for the kids every day. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. Having the dive company in the hotel was brilliant and they were fab. We did five dives with them. The house reef is amazing even just for snorkelling we saw so many fish and an octopus. Amazing value for money and a lovely family holiday

-: Be careful of reviews for this property. The staff ask (sometimes pressure) people to complete reviews for them and even stand and watch while you do it. We were told our daughter would be entered into a competition for our review and three times the staff used our kids to ask us to do reviews. I feel the staff were on some sort of incentive to collect reviews as they then took note of the GoogleTripadvisor names of the reviewer. This was uncomfortable and the hotel need to stop it.

+: Toller Service vom Zimmerservice über Pool Beach bis Restaurant. Rundum Wohlfühlpaket

-: Ein Pool wurde gerade gebaut. Das muss sein und geht nur zu dieser Zeit. Eine kurze email im Vorfeld wäre schön gewesen.

+: Very kind staff, especially housekeepers and pizza guy. Territory is very green and beautiful, not too small and not too big. Room with high ceiling and safe balcony (15 months toddler can run without danger). Cot for a baby was available despite the description!Great beach and sea. Great diverse food. Definitely want to come back someday.

-: Main pool was on reconstruction (but small pool was warm and good enough), double bed was actually two queen-sizes. Coffee could be better.
