+: Semplicemente tutto perfetto. Dall'accoglienza iniziale di Mr. ISLAM che ci ha accolti con un drink di benvenuto, spiegandoci tutte le info dell'hotel e infine ci ha lasciato dei graditissimi souvenir al check out & mr AHMED sempre pronto a rispondere ad ogni richiesta. La pulizia è andata oltre alle nostre aspettative. Tutto SUPER 💪🏻 L'animazione ha rallegrato molto il nostro soggiorno soprattutto grazie al simpaticissimo ROMA e il dj TONI 😂 é ottima sia per grandi che piccini! La sera potete usufruire del servizio bar con shisha servita dal mitico SHENOUDA. Anche al ristorante ci sono sempre camerieri attenti e disponibili. La cucina semplicemente ottima con ampia scelta.Ci ritorneremo sicuramente. Lo consigliamo vivamente.

+: Die Lage ist sensationell, Strand und Hausriff direkt am Hotel.

+: Facilities, including the beach, swimming pool and aqua park. All perfect.

-: Food is below average. The bread was always not fresh. The pizza on the pool was so greasy and when I saw the chef pouring oil on the pizza, I asked the chef, he explained that this is Italian pizza and it needs olive oil. That definitely wasn't olive oil, it was a lot and he put it before oven not after. This is all wrong and messed up.Same thing for eggs, always overcooked, and the boiled eggs were blue from the inside. Cakes and desserts are the same as bread that is always not fresh.Not to mention, they were adding nescafe to the coffee machine.

+: Mr Alaa Saied was very helpful with his team at restaurants and bars. also Mr Ali from front office he was very helpful too.

+: Die Lage war super. Direkt an der Badebucht und gegenüber vom Rutschenpark. Angebote für Kinder waren vielfältig. Personal überwiegend zuvorkommend.

-: Anfangs war die Klimaanlage defekt. Erst nach der dritten massiven Beschwerde wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Gläser auf den Zimmern wurden nicht ausgetauscht sondern lediglich von der Reinigungskraft im Waschbecken mit der Hand ausgeputzt. Essen durchschnittlich, Säfte (insbesondere Apfel) ungenießbar.
