+: Erg mooi en schoon hotel. Personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ahmed Gommaa stond ons heel vriendelijk te hulp bij de receptie. Aquapark was op loopafstand, daar hebben wij met onze kids veel plezier gehad! Animatie team erg enthousiast. Heerlijk gegeten in het restaurant en het Safra restaurant.
-: Wij vonden het niet zo netjes dat er tijdens ons eten om wisselgeld werd gevraagd. Personeel wil graag muntgeld (fooi) omwisselen voor briefgeld. Bij de receptie stond helaas ook man die voor ons gevoel minder plezier had in zijn werk. Wij werden niet vriendelijk geholpen, keek ons niet aan als je iets wilde vragen of kreeg kortaf een antwoord.

+: das Hotel liegt an einer ruhigen Bucht, umgeben von den anderen Jaz Hotels. Die Anlage wird liebevoll gepflegt und ist zu jeder Zeit sauber. Das Animationsteam ist super freundlich, aufgestellt und nie lästig. Die Buffett sehen ansprechend und einladend aus. Der Kaffee aus der Kolbenmaschine mit frischer Milch schmeckt sehr gut. Ebenso gibt es aber auch amerikanischen Kaffee oder Kaffee aus der Maschine mit Milchpulver. Die Mitarbeiter von fast allen Bereichen sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
-: Obwohl bei der Buchung angegeben, dass ich ein ruhig gelegenes Zimmer möchte, war mein Zimmer in der Nähe der Animation gelegen. Als ich nach einem anderen Zimmer fragte, war es zwar weiter weg von der Bar, dafür wurde in der Nacht die Ventilation über der Küche umgebaut. Somit eine Freinacht. Das Zimmer war wahrscheinlich ein älteres und die Ventilation so laut und roch schrecklich, dass es mir fast schlecht wurde. Durchlüften half. Der Assistent Manager von der Reception hat meine Anliegen, anders als andere an der Reception zumindest ernst genommen und nach einer Lösung gesucht. Das Hotel verfügt über viele Familien mit kleinen und unerzogenen Kindern. Dafür kann das Hotel aber nichts.
