Отель старенький, маленький и номера "затасканные" чуть. Но мы купили по очень хорошей цене. И с маленьким ребенком (2,5 года). Еда простая - но все свежее. Пляж - хороший, для детей был заход. Плюсом оказался мини-зоопарк, детский клуб и ежедневная детская дискотека с 19 часов. Также отель в городе - можно спокойно выйти.

-: Que los trabajadores solo realicen su función por las propinas. Que los recepcionistas no hablen bien inglés o francés para poderse comunicar con personal extranjero. Que no haya Internet en los cuartos (estuve tres noches) cuando en el post decía que si tenían. Que el check in demore tanto. Qué los refrescos en general sean de mala calidad. Su sabor era sintético no natural. Que la televisión sea pequeña y su señal sea de lo peor. Que el servicio a la habitación toque solo un par de veces, abra mi puerta e ingrese al cuarto, estando yo adentro, siendo una falta grave a la privacidad.

+: Ich hatte ein schönes großes Zimmer mit Meerblick, der Strand ist schön sowie die Anlage an sich auch. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich. Vor allem Helal.
-: Leider ist es gerade im Restaurantbereich nicht wirklich sauber. Die Plastikbecher für die Getränke sehen sehr unhygienisch aus.Das Essen ist nicht empfehlenswert . Sehr wenig Auswahl und leider nicht gut. Das Personal im Restaurant ist nicht freundlich bzw. nur wenn man gutes Trinkgeld gibtVorsicht bei Kartenzahlungen z.B. im Spabereich. Hier wird ein Umrechnunhgskurs genannt, der nicht real ist. Ich sollte 100 € bezahlen. Abgebucht wurden schließlich 130 € !!!!

-: I got a haircut inside the resort. The hairdresser (name: Claus) put a cream on my face without asking me. After a few minutes he told me that the cream is part of a "facial cleansing" and costs 100 EUROS extra! I told him I didn't want it and he tried to negotiate the price. I said I didn't want any of it while he kept insisting. I remove everything and try to leave, he didn't want me to pay with card. Only eurosdolars or egyptian pound with a disproportional conversion rate (1 euro to 50 EGP instead of 33EGP). I stormed out, directly to reception to complain. They were understanding and apologised, offering a discount which I declined. They send some complementary desserts to my room, which I appreciate but this experience ruined the entire stay.

+: The staff was really nice since our arrival. The receptionist Helal was very nice, helpful, amazing, and co-operative.The room service team was really amazing trying to make us comfortable, especially Hamdon.The entairtament team was very active trying to fill the day with nice activity.
