+: Schönes Zimmer, netter Reinigungsmann, Strand war schön, ruhiges Hotel.

-: Teilweise unverschämtes Personal (Wurden direkt auf zu wenig Trinkgeld angesprochen, find ich unangemessen). Hygiene beim Essen. Hatten alle Magen-Darm-Probleme.

+: Nettes Personal, ob an der Lobby oder an der Bar und am Strand überall aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Für drei Sterne, vollkommen zufrieden stellend Essen war ok 👌 und es war immer genug da.

+: The restaurant’s staff are very professional and smiley

-: The hotel is not deserve the value I baid for, the room is very tide and am not satisfied about the cleanness, moreover the cleaning staff are very noisy and they have to wake you up nocking the door too much non stopping.

+: For me at first I didn't want to go to that hotel but from the first night I fall in love with its people i.e everyone working there. I felt home there. Big up to the waitress Mohamed, Taha and the rest my heart goes out for you guys. Big up Bar waitress Amr and i think his name was mohamed, Big up to the receptionist Khaled. i liked everything from the reception to the room to the restaurant i loved it. it was a calm hotel if you looking for a peace of mind and at days entertainment than this is the hotel.

-: too many mosquito, no bus goes to the city so you have to look for a taxi the hotel should make a bus that goes to the city at given times, to bring the price for the room bar down, two small chocolates and one sprite for £7 no good at all.
