Lemon & Soul Makadi (Adults Only 16+)

+: Sehr gute Lage , außerordentlich freundliches Personal und sehr gutes frisch zubereitetes Essen

-: Leider nur WLAN in der hotel Halle

+: Hotel grounds lovely also pool area and food choice

-: Having to travel by shuttle to adjoining Hotel for lunch everyday. No heated pool again had to travel to sister hotel. Reception staff not very helpful. No plug socket only one in room which could be used, had to move kettle across room to heat.

+: Beautiful architecture, and room decor, tranquil- caters for lower middle-class tourists, and showing its age. Reception is a huge disappointment.

-: No internet in the rooms, feels like the 20th century. Reception charged me twice and then delayed refund beyond the time they suggested. Takes 15 minutes for water to get warm, reception response "no problem". This hotel is not using resources such as water responsibility and should be avoided by those who care for Egypt's resources. +: The buffet style breakfasts were fantastic with a choice of just about anything you can think of and lots of vegetarian options too. We ate lunch down at the beach most days from the little snack van and the pizzas were above and beyond what you'd expect. Dinner however was a little less consistent, especially for veggies like myself. The buffet on the Oriental night was absolutely fantastic and we would all have been happy to eat that every day, but we appreciate that it may not have been everyone's choice. The rooms were lovely and freshly decorated with comfortable beds, clean towels daily and plenty of storage. The grounds were full of beautiful bushes and plants which were being attended to constantly, in fact the whole place was very well cared for. Lemon and Soul is by far and away the best all inclusive hotel we've stayed in for the reason that it didn't have the sometimes sterile impersonal feel to it that others can do. It felt more like a guest house which is more the type of accommodation we would go for out of choice.

-: There really wasn't much to complain about at all except a loo brush in the bathroom would have been handy, if we were to nit pick.

+: Great hotel, have stayed before, sad to see it so empty. Hotel staff were amazing, reception, restaurant, bar, cleaners, pool staff, really great.Food was good, room was good, Gala dinner on New Years eve was done really well, the fact it was 3 hotels together, well done to all the staff ❤

-: All the extra costs, mini bar, orange juice, roof top bar, should be all included

+: Kényelmes szobák, kulturált közösségi területek, jó állapotú, tiszta. A személyzet udvarias, kedves. A parti rész kifogástalan.

-: Zajosak a szobák. A folyosóra nyíló ajtók is vékonyak (a folyosó visszhangzik, mindent hallani, a személyzet nonstop beszélget, matat), de minden szoba összenyitható a mellette lévővel, egy papír vékony ajtóval. Azt is hallani, ha suttog a szomszéd (egyébről nem beszélve). A wifi katasztrófa! A sebessége csak hagyján, de minden alkalommal újra kell regisztrálni, ha már lejöttél róla. Csak a recepció környékén működik valahogy. Egy e-mailt is kínszenvedés elküldeni, a google szolgáltatások (drive, fotók) valószínűleg tiltva vannak, mert nem működtek.

+: The cleaning and shuttle staff were lovely, no problem checking in although we were very early.

-: The wine was not very nice.
