The all-inclusive system operates from the moment of check-in (at 14:00) until the moment of check-out from the hotel (at 12:00) includes non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks of local production (mineral water, packaged juice, soft drinks, non-cafe, tea, beer, alcoholic drinks (gin, vodka, rum, brandy, whiskey, tequila)).

Wine is served in glasses during lunch and dinner at the Coral Restaurant.

Guests from Novotel Beach can use the entire infrastructure of the Novotel Palm hotel and vice versa (beach bar, sun loungers, towels, gym, spa, pool, animation programs, etc.), except for the main restaurant and pool bar.
