+: The staff at the Bellagio Hotel were the silver lining during our stay. They were consistently friendly, helpful, and eager to assist, making every effort to accommodate our needs and ensure our comfort.
-: Our room's cleanliness and maintenance were severely lacking, highlighted by hairs in the bathroom, holes in the wall, and water marks on the ceiling. The internet service was virtually non-existent, severely limiting our connectivity. Furthermore, the food quality was disappointing, leading to illness among my family members, significantly detracting from our overall experience at the hotel.
