+: Tutto: pulizia, punto mare perfetto, zona poco ventosa, disponibilità e gentilezza del personale in particolare Assem in reception è stato disponibilissimo e Alì in spiaggia ci ha proposto un' escursione che si è rivelata il Top!!

+: Prima Life is amazing. Anyone who is giving less than 10 is expecting too much for the price they are paying. For less than 100 dollars per night, you get a huge swimming pool, never have to wait for a sunbed, unlimited food at at least 4 different places, a few really nice a la carte restaurants and unlimited drinks. Cocktails are a little watered down, but Mojito bar is excellent. Also cocktails are better in lobby than at beach bar. There is a lot of entertainment (activities at beach during the day and dance programs at night). Breakfast and lunch are almost same everyday (but there are so many options, that you will not get bored for at least 4-5 days). Dinner is different everyday. I highly recommend booking dinner at a la carte restaurants for a fine dining experience. We were never made uncomfortable by any staff, there is no pressure or culture of tipping. Everyone is just friendly and nice. Simply wonderful.
-: Small thing, the taxi is allowed to come to reception when checking in, but they did not allow a private taxi (which was not booked from hotel) to come to the reception.

+: Essen war wirklich sehr gut. Sehr höfliches und aufmerksames Personal. Animateure witzig. Tagsüber am Strand viel Programm. Zimmer sehr ordentlich und sauber für die Verhältnisse dort.

+: Много хубав хотел, с прекрасно местоположение - в безветрената зона на Макади бей, което го прави отличен избор за плаж през зимата. Обслужването е на ниво, храната - богата и разнообразна. Аниматорите се стараят, като специално бих отличил Аба.

+: Nous avons été surclassé. Nous avons eu droit à une suite de deux chambres avec une salle de bain très spacieuses et deux balcons avec vue sur mer. Il y a deux piscines dans l'hôtel + 1 tobogan. La grande piscine est non chauffée. Très peu de personnes se sont aventurer à s'y baigner au mois de février. La piscine plus petite est chauffée. La plage est superbe. Il faut 5 bonnes minutes pour rentrer dans l'eau, mais par la suite on se baigne tout à fait normalement. Beaucoup de bars dans l'hôtel au niveau de la réceptions, des piscines et la plage. Le restaurant est très grand. Beaucoup de choix de nourriture. Je n'ai pas aimé tous les plats, mais il y avait suffisamment de bons plats. J'ai apprécié le fait qu'une dame préparait du pain égyptien tout chaud à chaque déjeuner et dîner. Il y avait aussi un stand de grillade à chaque repas du midi et au dîner.
-: Vu que c'était la basse saison, l'animation le soir était basique. Mais c'était sympa quand même.
